All delegates must pay the general Congress registration fee. The revenue collected from general Congress registration fees supports the long-term development of Congress and to keep the annual meeting format viable by ensuring that infrastructure and services are in place.

Note: Associations must insist that all participants in their meetings are registered for both the Congress in general and the specific association they are meeting with. Every year, non-registered conference attendees cause a significant loss of revenue and can result in increases in registration fees overall. Please let your members know that by not paying they withhold much-needed support from their own associations while penalizing their paying colleagues.
